• Website data: ZIP code entries, contact form submissions, and standard web analytics (cookies, IP address, browser type).

How We Use Your Information

• To deliver leads to your exclusive territory via spatial matching.
• To process payments, subscriptions, and credit purchases.
• To validate credit-back disputes and maintain audit trails.
• To provide performance dashboards and ROI tracking.
• To communicate platform updates, territory availability, and support responses.

Homeowner Data

Homeowner information is collected with verified TCPA consent and delivered exclusively to the territory owner. Contractors must handle homeowner data in compliance with applicable privacy laws and may not resell or redistribute lead data.

Data Security

We employ encryption for sensitive data (PII encryption key), row-level security in our database, HMAC-verified webhook intake, and secure payment processing via Stripe Checkout. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel.

Data Retention

Account and territory data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 24 months. Lead delivery logs and credit ledger entries are retained indefinitely for audit purposes. You may request account deletion by contacting privacy@wolfdenleads.com.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), SendGrid (email), and Mapbox (territory visualization). Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your Rights
