How do homeowners request a quote?

Homeowners use /get-quote on this site. They complete the project form, verify their mobile number via SMS OTP (TCPA/A2P compliant), and submit. Verified leads route to the territory owner in under 60 seconds.

SMS & Compliance

What SMS compliance does WolfDen use?

All marketing lead forms require explicit SMS opt-in, A2P 10DLC disclosures, and Twilio Verify OTP. Homeowners can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Full consent audit trails are stored per lead.

Routing

What happens if no contractor owns my ZIP?

The lead enters the platform pool after geocoding. Once a contractor claims that territory, future leads in the ZIP route exclusively to them. Request-a-ZIP lets contractors create territories before competitors arrive.

Storm

How do storm markets work?

High-demand metros (hail, wind, hurricane corridors) may carry higher territory pricing shown on the map. Exclusive storm territories mean you are the only roofer notified — critical when speed wins the job.

Credits

How does lead balance work?

You purchase a lead balance (min 10 leads / $2,500 at signup). Each delivered lead burns 1 credit ($250). Balance never expires. Promo codes available at signup. Top up anytime from the app.

Disputes

What qualifies for an automatic credit-back?

Out-of-territory address (PostGIS check), duplicate within 24 hours, invalid consent, or bad/disconnected phone. Disputes filed within 48 hours are auto-validated — no phone call required.

Map

Can I browse territories on mobile?

Yes. The live map at app.wolfdenleads.com/map works on mobile. Search ZIP, tap polygons, and claim or hold without installing an app.

Multi-trade

Can one territory cover roofing and windows?

Yes. Territories support multiple services in their services array. You subscribe to the services you want; leads match both ZIP and service_type.

Hold

Why use a hold instead of claiming immediately?

A $500 / 4-day hold locks the territory while you confirm crew capacity, financing, or storm response plans. Convert when ready — unused deposit is refunded prorated.

Integrations

How do partner leads arrive?

Authenticated HMAC webhooks (X-Signature: sha256=) or API key bearer auth. Marketing site, landing pages, and partner forms all use the same intake pipeline.

What analytics do I get?

WolfDen is a multi-trade, territory-exclusive lead platform for home improvement contractors. You own ZIP clusters — one owner per territory per service — and every consented lead in those ZIPs routes only to you via PostGIS spatial matching.
Serious contractors in roofing, windows, HVAC, siding, remodeling, solar, plumbing, and every major home service who want exclusive leads without sharing. If you close jobs and want predictable, high-intent volume, WolfDen is built for you.
Shared platforms sell the same lead to 4–5 contractors. WolfDen sells territory ownership — you are the only contractor who receives leads in your ZIP clusters for your services.
WolfDen operates nationwide. Search any US ZIP on the live map — if no territory exists, request-a-ZIP auto-creates one as available. We publish metro guides for 35+ cities across the Southeast, Texas, Southwest, and more at wolfdenleads.com/cities.
Every delivered lead costs $250 (1 credit). Credits are prepaid and burn only on delivery after the acceptance window. This keeps every lead high-intent — no $30 tire-kickers.

Territory & Map

Enter your ZIP on any page or visit app.wolfdenleads.com/map. Green = available, amber = reserved (4-day hold), grey = claimed. You can also search by city name (e.g. "Dallas" or "75201").
Search any 5-digit US ZIP on the map. If a territory covering that ZIP exists, you see its status. If not, WolfDen auto-creates one as available using ZCTA boundaries (or a geocode fallback). Be first to claim it.
Yes. Click anywhere on the map outside existing polygons. Mapbox reverse-geocodes the point, extracts the ZIP, and calls the request-zip endpoint to create or select the territory.
A geographic area defined by ZIP codes and a PostGIS polygon. One contractor owns each territory exclusively for their subscribed services. Leads are geocoded and matched with ST_Contains.
Yes. Scale across ZIP clusters, services, and metros. Each territory is a separate subscription with independent performance tracking in your dashboard.
Territories have a services array (e.g. roofing, windows, hvac). Leads include a service_type. Routing matches both geography and service — so a roofing lead only goes to the roofing owner of that territory.

Reservation & Holds

Pay a $500 deposit to reserve a territory for 4 days. The deposit depletes linearly to $0 over those 4 days. Convert to a subscription or release early to recover the unused prorated portion. If the hold expires with no action, the full remaining deposit is forfeited.
Maximum 2 active reservations per contractor. A 7-day cooldown applies per territory after a hold lapses before you can reserve it again.
You proceed to subscription checkout. The unused prorated portion of your $500 deposit is refunded. The territory flips to claimed with your active subscription.

Under 60 seconds from homeowner submission. SMS (Twilio), email, and dashboard alert fire simultaneously via an async worker queue.
1 credit = 1 delivered lead = $250. Top up your lead balance anytime (min 10 leads / $2,500 at signup unless you use a promo code). You request leads in any ZIP; credits burn only when a lead is delivered and accepted — never when you open a request.
Never. Your lead balance rolls over indefinitely. Credits are only deducted when a lead is actually delivered to you.
One-click dispute within 48 hours of delivery. Server auto-validates: out-of-area (PostGIS), duplicate (24-hour window), invalid TCPA consent, wrong/disconnected number. Approved refunds hit your append-only credit ledger within hours.
Leads still deliver; your ledger can go negative. You receive a low-balance warning at 3 credits. Top up your lead balance to restore.
Yes. WolfDen runs targeted campaigns, landing pages, and SMS-verified quote forms at wolfdenleads.com/get-quote. Leads arrive via authenticated HMAC webhooks, geocoded, and routed to the territory owner.

Billing & Pricing

$2,500/month minimum (includes ≥10 leads). Market-priced by demand and storm frequency — shown on the map before you claim. Billed monthly via Stripe Checkout.
Yes. Cancel and the territory returns to available at end of billing period. Unused lead balance remains in your account. Exclusivity is DB-enforced via a partial unique index on active subscriptions.
Payment is completed on Stripe Checkout for subscriptions, lead balance, and reservation deposits (card and other methods Stripe enables for your region). We never collect card numbers on our site.
