Program Overview

WolfDen Leads sends SMS messages for phone number verification, project inquiry follow-up, and contractor notifications related to home improvement services. This program is registered for A2P 10DLC compliance with US carriers.

Opt-In

We only send SMS to individuals who:

  • Explicitly check the consent box on our web forms with full disclosure text (version 2026-06-v1)
  • Successfully complete SMS OTP verification via Twilio Verify
  • Provide a valid US mobile number they control

Consent is not a condition of purchase. We record consent timestamp, IP address, user agent, consent text version, and Twilio verification SID for every submission.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from future SMS. You will receive a confirmation of opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance or contact sales@wolfdenleads.com.

Message Frequency & Rates

2-4 messages per inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

Data Use

Phone numbers and consent records are stored securely and used only for the stated purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major US networks.
