Agreement Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the WolfDen Leads platform, including territory ownership, lead delivery, credit purchases, and reservation holds. By claiming or reserving a territory, you agree to these terms.

Territory Ownership

Each territory consists of a defined cluster of ZIP codes. One contractor holds exclusive ownership per territory at any time. Ownership is maintained through an active monthly subscription billed via secure Stripe Checkout.

  • Territories are non-transferable without platform approval.
  • Ownership terminates upon subscription cancellation at the end of the billing period.
  • The platform reserves the right to adjust territory boundaries with 30-day notice.

Lead Delivery & Credits

Leads are geocoded and matched to territories via PostGIS spatial routing. Credits are charged only upon successful delivery. A hard minimum of $250 per delivered lead applies to all services.

  • Prepaid credits never expire.
  • Credit-back disputes must be filed within 2 days of delivery.
  • Disputes are validated server-side (out-of-area, duplicate within 24 hours, invalid consent, wrong number).
  • Approved credit-backs are applied to your append-only ledger within 48 hours.

Reservation Policy

Territory reservations require a $500 deposit and last 4 days. The deposit depletes linearly to $0 over the hold period. Convert to a subscription or release early to recover the unused prorated portion. If the hold expires with no action, the remaining deposit is forfeited. Maximum 2 active reservations per contractor. A 7-day cooldown applies per territory after lapse.

Consent & Compliance

All leads delivered through the platform include verified homeowner consent compliant with TCPA requirements. Contractors are responsible for maintaining compliance in their outreach and sales practices.

Payment & Billing

Territory subscriptions renew monthly (minimum $2,500/mo, includes ≥10 leads). Lead balance is prepaid at $250 per delivered lead. Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. Refunds for territory subscriptions are not provided for partial months. Unused lead balance remains in your account upon cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

WolfDen Leads provides lead delivery infrastructure. We do not guarantee lead volume, close rates, or revenue outcomes. Territory pricing reflects market demand and may change for new claims.
